The WP-500 unfortunately does not have a through-hole in the chuck plate, and cannot accomodate an argon purge line. The WP-250 model is the only one in the Profax positioner lineup that includes a through-hole.
I see the middle of the chuck plate is hollow. Does the chuck/plate allow for the insertion of an argon hose? Profax 900 lb Capacity Analog Positioner (WP-500)
