Fronius Transpocket have been replaced by Fronius Ignis.
Yes, you can plug the Fronius Ignis 180 XT into a 120V / 20A outlet, but output will be limited.
At 120V, it delivers about 80A at 100% duty cycle and up to ~130A max, suitable for light stick or TIG work — full 180A output is only available on 230V power.
