Walter ZIPCUT discs do not contain free silica, but they can generate hazardous dust from the workpiece and the abrasive bond during use. You should wear safety glasses, a face shield, hearing protection, and a NIOSH-approved respirator (like an N95) to prevent inhalation of particulates.
