Yes, you can TIG weld copper using the Multimatic 235's DC output, but you are limited to thinner gauge material (around 1/8-inch or less).
Because copper absorbs heat rapidly and this machine maxes out at 210 amps, thicker pieces require preheating or a hotter helium gas mix.
