Is their a push pull style setup available for aluminum mig?

The Comparc S 512P is a wire feeder only, not a welding power source. Spool guns would direct connect to the power source and be specific to the model being used. Push-Pull guns are not suitable for this model wire feeder as the machine and wire feeder cannot communicate to synchronize the wire feed motors between the suitcase and the gun.
