The various parts of the system carry different heat ratings:
Inflatable Bladders: The core inflatable bladder units themselves must not be exposed to temperatures exceeding 250°F (120°C).
Inflatable Bladders: The core inflatable bladder units themselves must not be exposed to temperatures exceeding 250°F (120°C).
Exterior Cover: To protect the bladders during welding, they are housed in a heavy-duty, spark-resistant exterior cover that will not melt or combust when exposed to errant flames or sparks.
Standard High-Heat Harness: The harness that bridges the system is heat-resistant and can withstand maximum temperatures up to 400°F (204°C).
Extended Extreme-Heat Harness: For operations requiring extensive pre-heating or very high-heat applications, extended harnesses are available that can withstand temperatures up to 1200°F (650°C).
