No on both counts: the Parker gun requires wiring an 8-pin control plug to its bare trigger leads to work on your Rebel 215ic. Additionally, it runs traditional Tweco No. 1 parts (11-series tips) which are completely incompatible with the newer Velocity consumables used by the Fusion 180.
