Cost Effective Aluminum Welding
The Magnum PRO 300 AL Push Gun is a durable, lightweight aluminum welding solution designed for industrial environments. This push only solution provides a cost effective way of welding with aluminum wire at distances up to 10 feet.
Superior Push Feeding – Smooth feeding of larger diameter aluminum wire from the feeder to the work piece for up to 10 feet. The rigid liner is designed to minimize resistance of the wire to prevent feeding issues.
Cost Effective Solution – Low cost aluminum welding solution for short distance applications.
Lightweight Aluminum Welding – The Curve™ handle is lightweight and balanced, providing a comfortable grip to reduce fatigue.
Premium Expendable Performance – Lincoln Electric’s long-lasting Magnum PRO expendables are designed with welding arc performance in mind. Using Magnum PRO expendables results in more time welding and less time wasted.
Processes and Specs
- MIG, Pulsed MIG for Aluminum
- Wire Diameter Range 3/64-1/16 in. (1.2-1.6 mm)
- Duty Cycle: 60% @ 200A
- For best results, use in conjunction with U-Groove drive rolls
