Fibre-Metal FM4001 Quick-Lok Cup kit is designed to work with Fibre-Metal Roughneck P2AQRW hard hats.  

Fully adjustable adapters allows for the mounting of Fibre-Metal and other competitive brand welding helmets and face shields.  Adapter kit FM4001 provides a permanent mounting solution for applications requiring the user to wear a protective cap (Hard hat). The F4001 cups fit over the Quick-lok base on found on P2AQRW hard hats.
