Lenco 250 Amp Isolated Electrode Holder

Designed to prevent shock by "OCV" (open circuit voltage).  Plunger mechanism can be unlatched to make electrode holder neutral.  Simply press the catch to engage the plunger and make the electrode holder hot.  Makes inserting electrodes is confined spaces safer.
