Lincoln Electric Thermal Wave Induction Heating System
The Thermal Wave Induction Heating System delivers 50 kW of continuous output with a 100% duty cycle to help reduce time-to-temperature and keep fabrication projects moving. Unlike competitive systems that require liquid cooling, Thermal Wave operates fully air-cooled while providing precise temperature control up to 1382°F (750°C).
The system includes the power source, pendant controller, extension box, noise reduction cable, and ground cable for flexible deployment across construction, pipeline, shipbuilding, power generation, and fabrication applications.
