The Miller® Big Blue® 500 Pro Deluxe (Stock No. 907736001) is a heavy-duty, low-speed diesel engine-driven welder built for high-demand job sites and harsh industrial environments. Powered by a 48.9 HP Kubota V2403 Tier 4 Final liquid-cooled engine, this multiprocess system delivers up to 500 A of DC welding output alongside up to 20,000 W of continuous 3-phase auxiliary power.

As a factory-equipped Deluxe model, this unit comes pre-installed with ArcReach® technology, a toolless polarity reversing switch, and a heavy-duty vandalism lockout kit.

  • Electronic Engine Display: Simultaneously displays fuel level, engine hours, coolant temperature, oil pressure, battery voltage, and engine RPM while tracking service intervals and diagnostic codes.
  • Kubota® Tier 4 Final Engine: Low-speed diesel engine utilizes Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) technology for clean operation with zero exhaust aftertreatment maintenance.
  • Industrial USB Port: Upload software updates and download machine performance log files via standard USB drive.
  • Low OCV (VRD) Mode: Reduces open-circuit voltage to 30 V when the power source is idle to enhance operator safety.
  • Quiet Job Site Performance: Operates at a low sound level of 65.9 dB at idle and 74.3 dB under weld load (measured at 23 ft / 7 m).
