Industrial 4-gallon cooler designed for water-cooled torches rated up to 600 amps

The Miller® Coolmate™ PRO 4 is a heavy-duty, industrial 4-gallon water cooling system engineered to support high-amperage water-cooled TIG, MIG, plasma cutting, and resistance welding torches rated up to 600 amps. Designed specifically for seamless integration with Miller® Dynasty® 400/800 and Maxstar® 400 systems, its horizontal profile allows for convenient stacking or direct mounting onto Runner™ carts.  

Featuring a closed-loop system with an efficient fin-and-tube heat exchanger, the Coolmate™ PRO 4 continuously recirculates fluid through a radiator to lower coolant temperatures and protect equipment from overheating during demanding light and heavy industrial applications. Available in standard configuration or with factory quick-connect fittings, this cooler delivers reliable, energy-efficient performance and long service life.

Features

  • 600-Amp Cooling Capacity: Engineered to reliably cool heavy-duty water-cooled TIG and MIG torches rated up to 600 amps.  
  • Power Source Integration: Design allows for direct stacking beneath Dynasty® 400/800 and Maxstar® 400 models or mounting on Runner™ carts.  
  • Internal Check Valves: Stops coolant flow automatically when the torch is disconnected to eliminate leaks and fluid loss.  
  • Brass Rotary Vane Pump: Positive-displacement pump provides steady pressure, consistent coolant flow, and extended life.  
  • Corrosion-Resistant Reservoir: Molded 4-gallon polyethylene tank, fan shroud, and filler spout ensure long-term rustproof durability.
