The Monolith RC 6013 electrodes are specifically created for welding, whether using direct or alternating current, and are suitable for both standard and critical structural applications. They are an ideal option for general welding needs, offering a consistent and smooth arc on low open circuit voltage welding machines, requiring minimal operator expertise.

Terms of use

• Designed for welding butt and corner joints of metal up to 20 (25/32) mm (in) thick in all spatial positions, except for vertical from top to bottom for electrodes with a diameter of 5.0 (3/16) mm (in)
  
• Insensitive to the quality of edge preparation, presence of rust and other contamination of the welded material surface 
  
• Vertical joints are welded from top to bottom (with a diameter of 2 (5/64) – 4 (5/32) mm (in)) with a short arc or butting.

Special Properties

• Excellent welding and technological properties provide easy initial and re-ignition of the arc, as well as soft and stable arc burning, reduced metal losses from splashing, uniform coating melting, excellent weld metal formation and easy separation of slag crust
