The BP-1000 is designed for rotation of medium weight work pieces, it offers a robust solution for consistent holding and rotating of parts in your welding workstation. The BP-1000 positioner offers manual tilt adjustment, high frequency protection, and a heavy-duty foot control switch  The capacity is 1000lbs in the horizontal position.

Features

  • Control The solid state (SCR) DC control with dynamic braking – variable speed table rotation motor system will always provide proper weld speed settings and steady rotation rates. Rotation speeds are electronically controlled in both forward and reverse direction. 
  • Drive Heavy-duty self-locking worm gear reducer on rotation drive positively prevents the load from moving unless the worm gear is revolving.
  • Electrical System The electrical control components are housed in an easy access cabinet in the front of the machine. Components and wiring are neatly laid out and labeled for easy troubleshooting.
  • Control Panel User friendly and positioned on the back of the machine.
