Fronius TransSteel 2200c Multi-Process Welder
The TransSteel 2200 is a compact, 3-in-1 solution for welders on the go and in the shop. It is the first single-phase inverter power source from Fronius that is also multiprocess-capable, bringing together MMA, MIG/MAG and TIG in a single device. The TransSteel 2200 is characterized by the intelligent design of the device, ease of use, robustness and a high level of reliability. Weighing only 15 kg, it is also one of the lightest multi-process welders on the market. But what really sets the TransSteel 2200c apart is its proven capability to MIG weld aluminum with no expensive and cumbersome spool gun or push-pull gun, it even comes out of the box with synergic settings for welding with .035 diameter aluminum wire.

Intuitive Operation
Get welding straightaway in three easy steps by setting material thickness, wire diameter and gas. With synergistic control a wide range of operating characteristics are already pre-set into the device. Additionally, two Easyjob storage locations allow you to save frequently used parameters.
Faster Process Switching
A second gas connection on the rear of the machine enables rapid process switching by allowing two types of welding gas to be connected. Spool changing is made easy with a side cover that opens downwards giving easy access to the wire spool. Fits 1 lb or 10 lb spools that can be changed without tools. The Integrated polarity reverser make it quick and easy to switch polarity for flux core welding.
