Uniweld Sludge Sucker & Blaster Nitrogen Kits for HVAC Maintenance


Uniweld's Sludge Sucker® and Blaster® Kits utilize dry, inert nitrogen gas to perform essential HVAC/R maintenance tasks. They are designed for purging and pressure testing copper tubing, unclogging condensate drain lines, cleaning coils, and calibrating pressure controls. Available with high or low-pressure regulators and varying carrying stands, these kits offer versatile solutions for both system testing and general pneumatic tasks.

Important Notes: Gas tanks are not included.

Features/Specifications:

  • Standard Kit Components: Every core kit includes the 40000 Sludge Sucker®, 40061 Sludge Blaster®, H5SMBY 5 ft. Hose, H2SSM 2 ft. Hose, and a BG1 Blowgun.
  • Versatile Applications: Ideal for purging tubing, clearing drain lines, cleaning coils, unclogging sinks, operating impact tools, and inflating tires.

Kit Variations:

  • 40002: Features an R1563 Regulator (5-175 delivery PSI) and carrying stand.
  • 40040: Features an RHP400 Regulator (20-400 delivery PSI) and carrying stand.
  • 40098: Features an RHP800 Regulator (20-500 delivery PSI) and carrying stand.
  • 40055 Sludge Sucker® Maintenance Kit: An all-in-one package including a 400 PSI regulator, hoses, needle tip, 1/2" and 3/4" rubber plugs, blowgun, and air chuck (carrying stand sold separately).
