Uniweld UNI-4300 Low Temp Aluminum Solder Kit


The Uniweld UNI-4300 is a professional-grade aluminum soft solder kit designed for HVAC technicians frequently tasked with repairing or joining non-ferrous metals. It provides a reliable, permanent bonding solution for sealing small pinhole leaks, particularly in air conditioning evaporator coils.

Features

  • Features a low melting point of 500°F (260°C) and boasts a 20,000 PSI tensile strength for highly durable repairs.
  • The complete kit includes a 10-foot coil of aluminum solder, a 2 oz. bottle of flux, and a precision metal tip flux applicator.
  • Exhibits excellent wetting and flow characteristics while maintaining good corrosion resistance, even at surface temperatures up to 350°F (175°C).

Applications

  • Joining aluminum to aluminum, or bonding aluminum to copper and brass.
  • Repairing small pinhole leaks in air conditioning evaporator coils.
  • Fixing aluminum radiators and conducting sheet metal work.
  • Bonding aluminum tubes to copper tubes in refrigeration units and working on anodized aluminum.
