Streamline your flange fit-up process with the FAP300 and FAP310-SS Flange Alignment Pins, engineered to drastically reduce setup time while improving accuracy and consistency in pipe fabrication and welding workflows. This tool eliminates the need to balance an external level on traditional fit-up pins by integrating a built-in leveling system directly into its central cylinder and sliding bar.

Built with precision C.N.C. machined components, it features a smart, user-friendly design where two smooth, dual conical pins slide easily into the flange holes to lock both sides perfectly in place before welding.

Application Tip: Use the standard steel FAP300 for everyday shop fabrication, or upgrade to the stainless steel FAP310-SS for specialized food-grade or highly corrosive marine environments.
